Paul Skeldon is a freelance telecoms journalist, specialising in all things mobile. He is co-creator of the ground-breaking interactive ‘webizine’ Mobiledotcomms – which has reinvented b2b magazine journalism for the interactive internet and mobile web age. He is currently also managing editor of M-Retailing, the leading online news source for the retail industry and managing editor of Telemedia-news.com, the leading news service for the value-added telecoms market globally. He is also a regular contributor on mobile comms to The Wall Street Journal Europe, Internet Retailing magazine, Telemedia magazine, Banking Technology and T360. His first book – "M-Commerce" – was published by Crimson Business Publishing in November 2011.

Carsten Szameitat is an accomplished expert of the digital markets since 2006. He is especially focussed on the new business fields for the media and advertising industries. As the publisher of the print and online publication GFM Nachrichten (www.gfm-nachrichten.de),which covers topics of telecommunication and mobile, social media, IPTV and e-game-marketing, he provides a full-scope overview of the markets. He also organises the largest European congress-fair "M-Days - The home of Mobile", the App Days and many more, and brings companies from all over the world together. Before he founded the 11 Prozent Communication together with his wife Angelique, he was working in sales for the brands Red Bull, Henkel & Söhnlein as well as the international winery Gallo.

 

Christian R. Schulte,
CEO

Christian R. Schulte is the cofounder and CEO of BLUE LION mobile/QEEP. He started his career by leading the technology start-up “econia.” After working as a management consultant he was the Head of Strategy at the German subsidiary of DEXIA S.A.Before founding BLUE LION mobile/QEEP Christian served at T-Mobile as Senior Manager Strategy. In this role he was responsible for mobile internet strategies. Since 2007 he has been working as the Managing Director of finance and business development at BLUE LION mobile/qeep. Christian studied Business Administration at the Otto-Beisheim-School of Management (WHU) in Vallendar, Germany, at EDHEC in Nice and at Pennsylvania State University. He holds a M.Sc. from the Otto-Beisheim-School of Management. 

 

Ravi Kamran,
CEO

Ravi Kamran is responsible for strategy and business development at Trademob. He studied business administration at the WHU Vallendar, in Mexico and in the US. After his graduation, he successfully launched and sold an online-advertising network for gamers backed by the leading european investors, the European Founders Fund. Experienced with the knowledge of online-display advertising, he saw that the mobile market misses and needs an easy platform that helps to successfully distribute mobile apps and measure ROI.

Jörg Rensmann, Jörg Rensmann was born in Meppen (Lower Saxony, Germany) on 26th November, 1972. From 1994 to 1998 he attended the technical university of Ilmenau and completed his diploma as a certified IT business engineer successfully with honors in 1998.
After several years experience as an independant consultant and freelance IT-journalist for several specialist magazines, Rensmann entered a leading position in economy in 1999. Since 2000 he is engaged as a general manager in small and mid-sized IT companies. Since the foundation of the infoMantis GmbH in 2003, Rensmann acts as a managing partner for the company.

Colm Healy is vice president and general manager of Qualcomm Internet Services Europe and Xiam Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm . QIS is responsible for mobile software and services solutions; helping Qualcomm’s partners and customers to gain user adoption and loyalty by offering differentiated products and services to their consumers.
Prior to joining Qualcommin 2000, Healy held a number of senior positions in Dublin, New York and London at Bank of Ireland and at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Jeremy Copp,

Jeremy Copp manages the European mobile business for comScore, Inc., overseeing the delivery of mobile market intelligence and media measurement products as well as custom research reports to advertising, media, mobile network operator and handset manufacturer customers within Europe. He is a seasoned mobile industry veteran with a background in delivering mobile advertising and content platforms as well as licensing smartphone operating systems and handset technologies.

Shaun Gregory,
Global Advertising Director, Telefonica

 

Shaun has a broad range of experience having worked in the UK media industry across newspapers, television, radio, magazines, digital and mobile for over 20 years. Prior to joining Telefonica O2 Shaun was Chief Executive at Blyk, New Media Director at The Telegraph Media Group as well as a Board Director for Emap where he stayed for 11 years. He's helped transform newspapers into digital media companies, developed some of the UK’s most innovative media brands, including Kiss, Magic and Kerrang, and launched the world's first advertiser funded mobile network. He has since been the first Executive in the UK to launch a successful opt in strategy out of an operator.
 
He is an advocate of new media and firmly believes that mobile and personalisation will transform the UK advertising sector as we know it. He describes O2 as one of few media businesses that puts the consumer at the heart of all its thinking, and truly recognises the importance of data in the new advertising economy.
 
Shaun is lifelong Sheffield United fan and lives in Sussex with his wife and two daughters.

 

  

 

Mark Challinor,
Director of Mobile, The Telegraph Media Group

Mark Challinor is director of mobile for Telegraph Media Group in London, England. He is responsible for all mobile and tablet services/apps for one of the world's major media groups. Mark has 20+ years inside newspapers/media, holding senior commercial roles previously at Trinity Mirror (Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror) and Associated Newspapers (Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Metro) and now The Telegraph. In between The Mail and Telegraph, Mark spent five years in the mobile consultancy arena, with clients from a diverse field: from Metallica and Girls Aloud music groups to major newspaper groups in Australia and India. He also sits on the Code of Advertising Practice board (CAP) for the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), deciding what is legal, decent, honest and truthful in high profile sales promotional campaigns. He is a member of the INMA Board of Directors and is a past president of the association's Europe Division.

 

Olivier Milcent,
CMO Momac

Olivier Milcent has 15 years of experience in multi-channel strategies, customer interfaces and management of mobile media projects for operators, enterprises and media groups.
At Momac, Olivier leads the group Marketing, Communications and Products, in addition to his overall responsibility of Momac France. Olivier holds a Masters of Science in Management and Marketing from Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris.

 

Mario Leo,
General Manager, Result Consulting

Mario Leo possesses a communication engineering degree and has worked for over 15 years in the Telecommunication industry. More than 10 years in Executive International roles, spending time in the UK, USA, Australia and Malaysia. In 2008 Mario founded RESULT Consulting GmbH and is acting General Manager.
In early 2010 RESULT Sports was formed, which is a dedicated subsidiary of RESULT Consulting and its sole purpose is “New Media” in Sports. From the BVB FAN FON (Simcard for Fans) to Social Media check-ins at venues, RESULT Sports tailors the individual needs for a successful strategy.
Mario Leo holds a diploma in Football Management and is a certified Venue Manager.

James Connelly,

James Connelly is Managing Director at Fetch Media, the independent, award winning agency he co-founded with Declan Reddington in 2009 which has grown quickly in 18 months to a market leader in mobile advertising.
 
Fetch Media specialize in mobile strategy, creative and media planning & buying and work with  clients including Hotels.com (Expedia), Sony Music, and Paddypower. Fetch run some of the largest mobile advertising campaigns and are active in over 70 countries, with offices in London and San Francisco.
 
James is a mobile strategist and an entrepreneur, splitting his time between working with clients and driving the business towards its ambitious growth plans. In 2011, James has received recognition for  both his business and mobile contributions,  reaching the final of Growing Businesses' Young Entrepreneurs Awards 2011, Media Weeks’s 30 under 30 and  Mobile Entertainments Top 50 mobile innovators.

 

Sascha Langfus,
Managing Director, Sevenval GmbH

In his role as Executive Vice President, Sascha is responsible for Sevenval’s global strategic direction. He also manages the sales strategy of the company and its partner business. Sascha has built his experience with the telecommunication and software sector since 1998, when he experienced the market from a sales perspective as an account manager at E-Plus mobile communications. He worked in leading positions at companies such as atlantic telecom or Xerox Global Services in London. Sascha has been working for Sevenval since 2005 now and represents Sevenval’s portfolio and the multi-channel web as an expert globally.

 

Klaus Jansen-Knor,
Senior Vice President, Mobey Forum Workgroup Member and SVP at CellPoint Mobile

Klaus has worked for more than 17 years in the media and telecommunications sector and is has participated in Mobey Forum for more than five years, including active involvement in the Business Work Group. He is Senior Vice President of CellPoint Mobile, a boutique software development company headquartered in Miami, Florida. CellPoint provides services, software, and infrastructure products supporting Fortune 500 companies in the mobile channel. Klaus and his company are active in several European and global workgroups defining guidelines and standards for mobile payment and retail services. He is a speaker in demand at international events on the subject of mobile retail and mobile financial services.

Paul Coxhill,

Marketing Director at Ukash since Autumn 2008, Paul has extensive experience in the retail banking sector, both in the UK and overseas.

After graduating in Management Science from Warwick University, Paul joined Barclays. Working in a range of roles in the UK Retail Banking division, Paul remained at Barclays for 13 years. This included three years working with The ABSA Group, one of South Africa’s largest financial services groups, in Johannesburg where he led the Marketing synergy programme of ASBA and Barclays as part of the integration of the two banks.

After a further 18 months as part of ASBA’s retail leadership team, Paul returned to the UK and Barclays, prior to joining Ukash.

Russell Buckley
CMO, Eagle Eye Solutions

Russell Buckley is a leading practitioner, speaker and thinker about mobile and mobile marketing. He is also a previous Global Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association, a founder of Mobile Monday in Germany, an Angel Investor and holds numerous non-executive positions in mobile technology companies.
 
Today, Russell is Chief Marketing Officer of mobile coupon, payment and vouchering company, Eagle Eye. Eagle Eye powers digital redemption of coupons for partners such as Blockbuster, Comet and The Aurora Group, with a many more partnerships expected to be announced in the coming months.
 
Russell's previous role was with mobile advertising startup, AdMob. He learned about AdMob, soon after its launch, and joined as its first employee in 2006, with the remit of launching AdMob into the EMEA market. Four years later, AdMob was sold to Google for $750m.
